			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<!-- Start Shareaholic LikeButtonSetTop Automatic --><!-- End Shareaholic LikeButtonSetTop Automatic --><p>In urma cu ceva vreme <a href="http://alexcristache.com/wally-olins-manual-de-branding/">anuntam aparitia</a> pe piata de carte a traducerii unei carti pe care mi-am dorit-o, &#8220;Wally Olins &#8211; The Brand Handbook (Manual de Branding)&#8221;. Discutiile purtate in zona de comentarii concluzionau faptul ca in traduceri se pierde mult din calitatea lucrarilor, si acolo unde este posibil, varianta originala in limba engleza este de preferat.</p>
<p>Cum site-urile anumitor librarii sustineau ca versiunea in engleza exista pe stoc, am facut turul Bucurestiului incercand sa o achizitionez. Evident ca in ciuda a ceea ce afirmau site-urile, cartea nu se afla pe stoc, ca deh, trebuie sa se vanda mai bine asta in romana.</p>
<p>Intr-o zi, resemnat cu gandul ca va trebui sa astept dupa o comanda internationala, primesc un email de la Bogdana de la <a href="http://www.books-express.ro">Books-Express.ro</a>, email ce incepea frumusel cu &#8220;Buna Alex&#8221; si continua cu &#8220;scuze pentru deranj&#8221;. Partea de PR exemplar intervine in momentul in care imi era oferita &#8220;fara nicio obligatie&#8221; o copie a &#8220;The Brand Handbook&#8221;.</p>
<p>Cum, mie? De ce? Nu am un blog cunoscut (cel putin in blogosfera romaneasca). De ce tocmai &#8220;The Brand Handbook&#8221;, in engleza? Pentru ca Bogdana <strong>a avut rabdarea sa rasfoiasca paginile acestui blog si sa afle ce imi place/doresc</strong>!</p>

<p>Nici in momentul in care mi-a fost inmanata cartea nu mi s-a sugerat macar o data sa scriu un post despre Books-Express, iar acest post se doreste a fi in primul rand o multumire Bogdanei pentru gestul extraordinar si in al doilea rand un exemplu pentru oamenii de PR de <a href="http://alexcristache.com/cum-abordezi-un-blogger/" title="Cum abordezi un blogger?">cum se poate contrui/intretine, cu bun simt, o relatie cu bloggerii</a>.</p>
<p>Exemple negative sunt suficiente, <a href="http://www.zoso.ro/2009/05/una-cu-piariste-si-bloggeri.html" target="_blank">la Zoso</a>, <a href="http://www.bobbyvoicu.ro/pr-strikes-again.html" target="_blank">la Bobby Voicu</a>, si mi-am dorit mult sa arat ca <a href="http://capslock.ro/2009/05/bloggeri-si-pr-comunicare.html" target="_blank" title="Bloggeri si PR: comunicare?">se poate si altfel</a>.</p>
<p>Si ca fapt divers, <a href="http://www.books-express.ro/book/9780500514085/WALLY-OLINS-THE-BRAND-HANDBOOK.html" target="_blank">cartea <strong>merita toti banii</strong></a>, si mai mult.</p>
